Stephen deals with all aspects of criminal law. He is an accredited police station representative and a member of the Criminal Accredited Scheme. He is a duty solicitor on the Neath & Port Talbot scheme.

Stephen has over 20 years’ criminal law experience and is a highly accomplished advocate. He heads the Magistrates Court and Police Station department of the firm, undertaking and supervising representation for the full range of criminal offences from murder, complex drug, and sexual offences to road traffic matters including speeding and drink driving allegations.

Stephen is one of two Higher Right Advocates in Neath & Port Talbot which allows him to represent clients in the Crown Court and Appeal Courts (Criminal Division). He has an excellent reputation with clients and the vast majority of his work comes from recommendations both from clients and professional services.

Stephen works closely with Darren Davies in all aspects of preparation and representation to ensure full continuity of service.
