Amy is a trainee solicitor in the Property team. She represents clients in residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and probate matters. She deals with a full range of property types, including freehold, leasehold, shared equity and new build homes.
She manages transactions from start to finish, from providing a quote for the work required and taking initial instructions through to post-completion. Property matters can be complex and confusing, so Amy always stays in close contact with her clients to keep them updated and informed throughout the transaction.
She has excellent attention to detail, dealing with legal issues that arise, checking that legal titles are sound and ensuring all replies to enquiries and search results are satisfactory. Amy understands the stressful nature of moving house and prioritises communication with her clients, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need and that the process is as stress-free as possible.
