Charlotte Lewis
Chartered Legal Executive
Charlotte is a Chartered Legal Executive working in the Residential Property team. She deals with a wide range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, registered and unregistered property, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
She guides clients through transactions from start to finish, providing clear and helpful advice in respect of complex legal issues. She always makes sure clients are kept up to date with progress throughout, that they know what steps have been taken and what is likely to happen next and that they have the advice and guidance they need.
Charlotte is known for building and maintaining a good rapport with clients at what can be a stressful time. If there is a potential issue with their transaction, she researches all options so that any difficulties can be dealt with promptly and effectively.
Education
Charlotte grew up in the Neath Valley, attending Dwr y Felin Comprehensive School.
She studied for A Levels at Gorseinon College before becoming Assistant Manager at a restaurant in Wind Street.
She decided to pursue a career in law and studied for an LLB at Swansea University.
She then studied part-time for her LPC at Swansea University while working full-time for Bridgend Council.
She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2022.
