Danielle Rose

Trainee Solicitor

 

Danielle is a trainee solicitor in the Property Department. She deals with a range of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy and purchase of freehold reversion. She also assists the Litigation Department with property disputes.

Danielle provides practical advice, guidance and support to her clients throughout each stage of the transaction. She always does all she can to ensure the matter proceeds smoothly and without delay. She drafts and reviews legal documents, reports to her clients on the title to the property as well as any risks or liabilities involved and deals with the requirements of lenders.

She liaises with clients as to proposed dates for completion and deals with exchanges of contract and reports to mortgage lenders. Following completion, she arranges for registration of new ownership at the Land Registry.

Danielle is known for her exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensuring her clients receive an efficient and high-level service.

Cardiff University: BA in History – First Class Honours 2015-2018

Swansea University: Graduate Diploma in Law – Distinction 2020-2021

Swansea University: Legal Practice Course – Distinction 2021-2022

 

Career

 

Danielle started her legal career in 2018 working as a personal injury paralegal then becoming a personal injury case manager until 2020, when she returned to university to complete her legal qualifications.

She joined Hutchinson Thomas as a trainee solicitor in 2022.

In any spare time, Danielle enjoys walking her dogs, catching up with friends and family and reading, particularly historical fiction and true crime.
