Jodie is a trainee solicitor in the family department. She deals with a range of divorce and family law matters including financial issues on divorce, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.
She provides advice and guidance to clients facing the difficult transition of divorce and is known for being sympathetic, friendly and approachable. She takes the time to understand what is important to her clients and works to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome for themselves and their families.
She deals with applications to the court as well as preparing statements in support and drafting court orders for approval.
Jodie is a junior member of Resolution, the renowned group of family justice professionals committed to resolving family law issues in a constructive way with minimum conflict.

Jodie worked in hospitality for four years after completing her law degree, returning to university part-time in 2018 to complete a masters degree while working full-time.
In 2022 she started her training contract at Hutchinson Thomas.
In her spare time, Jodie helps on the family farm and enjoys walking her Jack Russell terrier, reading and spending time with family and friends.
