Nia is a trainee solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, working alongside partner Paul Bennett. She deals with a full range of personal injury claims, including complex cases for clients who have suffered life changing injuries where compensation is substantial.
Nia takes initial instructions from clients regarding their accident and injuries. She is sympathetic and always does all she can to make the process as easy as possible. She takes the time to ensure clients understand the steps involved in the claim and is always happy to answer questions and explain the procedure as needed.
She is involved throughout the claims process, investigating the claim to put together a strong case and drafting forms for court. She is often able to settle cases by way of negotiation, avoiding the need for a court hearing. She always works to achieve the best possible settlement for her clients.
