Stephanie is a highly experienced residential conveyancing solicitor who deals with a full range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, unregistered titles, leasehold property, new builds, re-mortgage, equity release, adverse possession and upgrading of title, shared ownership, Right to Buy, staircasing, lease extensions, freehold reversions and gifts.

She understands the stress of moving and always makes the time to talk to her clients and keep them updated as to the progress of their transaction.

She explains complex legal issues in terms that her clients can understand and is known for dealing proactively with matters to avoid delays. Because of her exceptional experience in residential property law, she is able to resolve difficulties that may arise promptly and efficiently.
