Sylwia works in employment law and contentious trusts and probate.
As part of the employment team, she is involved in advising and representing employers in respect of disputes and legal compliance.
Sylwia also assists in representing employees across a range of issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, unfair dismissal, redundancy and settlement agreements.
The Team works with both employees and employers to resolve disputes in the workplace as amicably and professionally as possible.
As a member of the Contentious Probate Department, Sylwia deals with applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and is involved in advising clients who are considering challenging a will and also representing executors or beneficiaries who are seeking to defend a claim.
