The Role

We are seeking to recruit a reliable professional to add to our established front of house, reception and administration team. This is a rare opportunity to join our well-respected law Firm working as an office assistant, providing a quality service to the Firm’s clients, partners, and employees at all times.

The successful candidate will be a ‘people person’, providing excellent customer service over the phone, via e-mail and in person. As you may be the first point of contact for our new and existing clients, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy delivering client satisfaction. You will ensure that queries are dealt with and/or signposted effectively.

Administrative duties will vary from using office equipment (i.e., franking machine, scanner and photocopier), the management of mail, dealing with payments and organising the back office. The successful candidate will possess a good standard of literacy, numeracy and ICT ability.

Working Pattern
  • Our full time working hours 35 hours between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
  • The role will be based across our two offices – one in Swansea and one in Neath. It will involve working on front of house, as a receptionist and/or as an administrator.
  • Free parking is provided at both offices.
