Aimee is a dedicated Civil Litigation Solicitor, dealing mainly with commercial and property disputes.
With a pragmatic and strategic approach, Aimee advises a variety of clients, including businesses, landlords, developers, and private individuals, across a range of contentious matters. Aimee places clear communication and a client focused approach at the centre of every matter by taking the time to understand each client’s objectives and provide tailored, practical advice focused on achieving efficient and cost-effective outcomes. She is experienced in navigating cases from pre-action through to trial, while always exploring alternative dispute resolutions such as negotiation, mediation, and settlement.
Aimee handles commercial dispute resolution cases that involve franchise disputes, building and construction disputes, landlord and tenant issues, breach of contract claims, consumer disputes, and partnership and shareholder disputes. She also works closely with the Managing Partner on more complex litigation.
In addition, Aimee supports clients through contentious property matters such as adverse possession, missing freeholders, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes and disputes relating to rights of way, other easements, and covenants.
