With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the appointment of five new Team Leaders, who will take up their roles from 1 July.
The new appointments are Kayleigh Evans and Morgan Lewis, Leuanne Rees, Rachel Davies and Catherine Marshall.
These newly created positions represent an exciting step forward for our firm and reflect our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within our own teams.
The Team Leader role has been introduced to strengthen the day-to-day delivery of legal and business support across the firm. While the role will continue to evolve and be shaped over time, its core purpose is clear: to provide fair and transparent leadership, maintain high standards of service and create a culture built on teamwork, collaboration, innovation and community.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting and developing colleagues, ensuring that teams are well trained, well supported and consistently delivering to the high standards our clients expect from Hutchinson Thomas.
Our Team Leaders will play an important part in supporting and developing team members through training and mentoring, encouraging collaboration and communication across departments, and identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. They will also help to promote best practice, maintain the high standards of service that our clients have come to expect, and foster a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment for everyone across the firm.
These appointments also reinforce our belief in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for career progression. We know we have exceptional people across our firm, and creating these roles enables us to recognise and develop future leaders from within our own teams.
As we look ahead, we are excited to see how these positions develop and the positive impact they will have on our colleagues, our clients and the continued growth of Hutchinson Thomas.
