Stan is a Solicitor specialising in employment law, commercial and company matters, and contentious probate disputes. Acting for both businesses and private individuals, Stan adopts a practical and client-focused approach, taking the time to understand each client’s objectives and providing clear, tailored advice designed to achieve effective and commercially sensible outcomes.

Stan advises employers and employees on a range of employment matters, including workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination claims, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal proceedings. He also advises businesses on commercial and company law matters, including commercial agreements, shareholder arrangements, and intellectual property matters.

Stan works closely with business owners to provide pragmatic advice that supports the growth and protection of their businesses. In addition, Stan supports clients in contentious probate disputes, including challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes concerning the administration of estates, and trust and beneficial interest claims.
