Specialising in dispute resolution, particularly in commercial and property disputes, Charlotte has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team. Her work encompasses a broad range of cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, eviction proceedings, breach of contract claims, and commercial property disputes.
One of Charlotte’s outstanding qualities is her adept negotiation skills, which she employs to resolve cases amicably whenever possible. Her approach aligns with Hutchinson Thomas Solicitors’ commitment to delivering efficient and effective legal solutions. Charlotte is not only involved in court proceedings but also plays a crucial role in serving notices, advising clients on legal changes, and meticulously preparing files for court when required.
Charlotte’s educational background is noteworthy, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Having previously completed her Law Degree (LLB Upper Second Class Honours) at Swansea University, she has now graduated with a Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting qualification, which was studied on a part-time basis.
Prior to joining Hutchinson Thomas, Charlotte gained valuable experience in family law departments at two law firms in Llanelli. Since commencing her training contract in April 2022, Charlotte has consistently demonstrated a passion for her work and a keen understanding of the complexities within civil litigation.
