Adam is currently a trainee solicitor in the Civil Litigation Department, where he works closely with partners specialising in personal injury, clinical negligence, and dispute resolution. Adam’s primary focus is on client satisfaction and ensuring that cases progress towards the most commercially sensitive outcomes for our clients.
Adam assists in dispute resolution cases that involve boundary disputes, debt claims and breach of contract claims including drafting court documentation and meeting with clients.
Adam assists in the day-to-day running of personal injury cases that include employers’ liability claims, public liability claims as well as injuries that arise out of road traffic accidents.
Adam also collaborates with the IT department to assist in the technical development of firm practices to make positive change firm wide.
