Amber is a Trainee Solicitor in our Property Department, training under the supervision of Partner Adrian Morley. She supports a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and transactions involving unregistered titles.
Amber is committed to providing clear and consistent communication from the outset through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for her clients.
Her responsibilities include reviewing title deeds, investigating property titles, drafting contracts, reporting to clients, and liaising with estate agents and mortgage lenders. She also handles property searches, responds to enquiries, and manages post-completion matters such as Land Registry applications and registrations.
