Jessica is recently qualified assistant solicitor in the commercial property department. She assists partner Chris Edwards in a full range of commercial property transactions.
She deals with all pre-contract work such as searches, investigation of the legal title and reporting on the property for clients and mortgage lenders as well as drafting contracts. She also deals with the Land Registry, to include completing registrations of property purchases and transfers.
Jessica is known for being friendly and approachable. She works to establish a good rapport with clients early on in the transaction, ensuring they know that they can contact her as and when they need to. She always makes sure that clients are kept updated about the progress of their transaction and she takes the time to explain legal terminology and issues that may arise.
