We are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our busy and respected Civil Litigation team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building their career in litigation, offering exposure to a broad range of disputes including contract, property, and landlord and tenant matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload with guidance from senior solicitors
- Drafting statements of case, witness statements, and court applications
- Attending court hearings, client meetings, and mediations
- Conducting legal research and preparing client advice
- Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Contributing to business development activities
You will need:
- Solicitor qualification in England or Wales (0–5 years PQE)
- At least a 2:2 degree (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
- Prior legal experience (e.g. as a paralegal) is desirable but not essential
