Jodie is an assistant solicitor in the family department. She deals with a range of divorce and family law matters including financial issues on divorce, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.
She provides advice and guidance to clients facing the difficult transition of divorce and is known for being sympathetic, friendly and approachable. She takes the time to understand what is important to her clients and works to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome for themselves and their families.
She deals with applications to the court as well as preparing statements in support and drafting court orders for approval.
