Package 2 – Full Representation for Applicant (£450 + £90 VAT + £612 court fee)
• File opening and initial questionnaire
• Optional meeting via phone or Zoom
• Full solicitor representation on court record
• Preparation and submission of all divorce documents
• Regular updates throughout the process
Package 3 – Representation for Respondent (£350 + £70 VAT)
• File opening and initial questionnaire
• Letter explaining the divorce process
• Solicitor representation on court record
• Preparation and submission of Acknowledgement of Service
• Updates on key stages and progress
Please note:
• You’ll need to provide your marriage certificate (we can help obtain a copy if needed).
• Additional costs may apply if the other party does not respond and must be served by a bailiff.
• You are responsible for updating us on court progress, as you remain the court’s main point of contact.
