Sandra is a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives working within the Probate Department. She qualified as a Fellow in 1992 and has over 25 years’ experience working in the areas of administration of estates, drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney and some aspects of trust work.
She has a sympathetic approach and when dealing with probate cases she sees part of her role as helping clients through difficult times.
Sandra often deals with complex matters, including taxable estates, estates comprising of foreign assets and the drafting of wills setting up trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries.
